About Russell Kopp
Russell is a US-based Partner who leads our Healthcare in Financial Services practice. In 2022, Russell was tasked with creating a new franchise within Options Group to provide highly specialized consultative search services for healthcare professionals in Financial Services. In addition to his responsibility for the growth of an exciting new business line, Russell is responsible for managing our Dallas office. Within the healthcare space, he leads Options Group’s existing client teams across sell-side research, investment banking, hedge funds, and asset management, where clients have specific needs for highly focused talent. Prior to his work in the US, Russell led our business in Hong Kong. He joined the firm in 2015 via the acquisition of Whitney Correlate, which he co-founded, and helped significantly grow our APAC presence. Before search, Russell worked at Barings, Kleinwort Benson and HSBC.
He was educated at the University of Minnesota (BSB-Acctg) and Manchester Business School’s MBA program.
Away from the office Russell enjoys, running, skiing, historical fiction, travel, Oregon Pinots, the ‘art of the dinner party’ and philanthropic interests.
