Keith Arner

He joined the firm in July of 2016 and was hired to help grow the firm’s North American hedge fund business while also working with the asset management team across fundamental equities. Keith serves as a partner to hedge fund and asset manager clients, helping them find high quality talent, but also advising them on compensation structure and providing them with information regarding the landscape. Since pivoting to recruitment/talent acquisition, Keith has made ~250 placements across all sectors and subsectors in addition to some non-investment professionals such as traders and marketers.

Prior to working at Options Group, Keith spent 13+ years as a senior cash equity trader/market maker where he began his career working for Buzzy Geduld at Herzog, Heine, Geduld, which was later acquired by Merrill Lynch. After Merrill Lynch, Keith teamed up with a group of his peers in the space and joined Maxim Group to help grow their trading desk. He managed that desk from 2008-2013 helping to oversee 14+ traders and 40+ institutional salespeople.

Keith holds a degree in Marketing from The University of Miami.

Away from the office Keith enjoys spending time with his two boys, his pug Riley and playing basketball on Saturdays.
