Thomas Cleary

Tom is a Partner at Options Group, based in New York. He joined the firm in 2009 and leads the Investment Banking Practice. His areas of search expertise include mergers and acquisitions, general corporate finance, restructuring, leveraged finance, debt and equity capital markets, private equity, and infrastructure. Tom is also a member of the Private Equity Practice where he has completed searches for funds and their portfolio companies, including investment leaders, senior fundraising professionals, capital markets professionals, operating partners and advisors.

Tom has differentiated himself through his senior-level search mandates, including individual target hires, team build outs and whole-business acquisitions, and through his strategic consulting projects that utilize Options Group’s proprietary intelligence and market analysis.

Tom studied History at Columbia College.

Away from the office Tom enjoys his family, golf, tennis, boating, and reading business history.
